Health and safety of our workforce as well as the protection of the environment we operate in is of paramount importance to us at VACC Technical Ltd. Our HSE team is made up of highly trained health and safety professionals certified by recognized international bodies including IOSH. Value Engineering

Procurement & Logistics

Over the years, we have identified a number of credible companies in our supply chain, with major global brands that guarantee both technical and after sales support throughout the life span of the equipment. We employ comprehensive purchasing strategies based upon sound procurement practices and principles to ensure our clients get the best value for their investment. Using Global Standard in procurement and supply, we enhance performance by identifying and developing mechanisms to ensure that the highest level of quality and efficiency is derived in all our equipment,

 

We oversee direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, covering transportation or ware-house activities, safety performance, and quality management for all our projects.

Fabrication & Installation

With our independent sheet-metal fabrication facility in Lagos, VACC maintains the capacity to provide custom fabrication of duct and duct assemblies by our highly skilled and certified technicians. Leveraging on the workforce in our independent sheet-metal fabrication facility, our efficiency to fabricate and install these finished duct products in compliance with SMACNA International Standards has improved, and we are able to maintain the highest industry quality, safety, and performance standards.

Commissioning & Startup

We have commissioning and startup technical team whose responsibility is to inspect new installation, and verify that the system is equipped and ready to run properly and efficiently. They work closely with the installation team to review design and provide support before and after equipment startup.

 

At VACC, we simply take responsibility for our work, ensuring that it meets the client’s requirements, making improvements to and offering professional advice about operational procedures, which means that our mechanism for creating and carrying out test procedures, investigating problems, diagnosing and repairing faults, and troubleshooting must result in the assurance that every equipment we install works to its designed specification without compromising operational safety, and environmental impact where necessary.

Services & Maintenance

When your project is completed and commissioned, our new relationship begins. At VACC our service and maintenance policy keeps us on top of the smooth running of your services installation, while you can focus on your productivity. Equipped with all state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, our service department has the capacity to provide new installation, a full range one-off repair, preventive and periodic maintenance of air conditioning systems, household products, ventilation systems, light and industrial split systems, and making routine checks and adjustments to maximize operational efficiency.

 

We perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that all equipment continues to run smoothly, building systems and installations operate efficiently, and the physical condition of equipment does not deteriorate. We proactively inspect, operate, and test equipment to diagnose malfunctions and determine how to correct them without impacting on your productivity or timeline.

Our success leverages the talents drawn from diverse professional experience and skill sets that are strategically assigned to give us innovative outcome. VACC also promotes result-driven workforce and an all-round complementary team that engage equally and effectively.

Connie Guilfoyle

Managing Director

 

He has over 35 years experience in the Building and Construction industry. He began his career as an HVAC expert and over the years he has worked as an Engineer, Project Manager and General Manager, in some countries including Ireland, UK, Botswana, South Africa, New Zealand and Sub-Saharan Africa.

He holds the position of Honorary Consul for Ireland in Nigeria hence his involvement in the promotion of Irish Business within Nigeria. He is a co-founder and a director in ETIWA and Redleaf Solutions limited.

Mr. Guilfoyle is an Alumnus of the College of Northwest London and Warwick University. He is also a member of both local and international professional bodies.

Ernesto Dotti

General Manager – Nigeria

 

He is responsible for the day to day running of the company business in Nigeria, focusing on integrated project delivery and major accounts. He has 40 years of experience in managing various services and engineering activities in the Oil & Gas, Telecom and MEP sectors. In this latter he has led major infrastructure and construction deployments in Nigeria (Abuja, Onne and various free zones) and in Qatar (eight stations of the Doha Red Line North Underground).

His technical experience is strengthened by exposure to doing business in various countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and USA.

Mr. Dotti is an Alumnus of the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Massachusetts (USA) and jointly of IAE Nice (France) and UC at Berkeley (USA).

He is responsible for the company’s visibility through networking and active promotion of the company’s services.

He has over 15 years experience in marketing, he started his profession as a Sales and Marketing Representative in a consulting firm. He has since then worked as an Operations Officer, Assistant Head of Contracts Department and commercial manager in the course of his career.

Mr. Bamigboye is an Alumnus of the University of Ado Ekiti and the University of Nottingham. He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the Building and Construction industry. He began his career as a mechanical building services engineer in Beirut and has worked on various aspects of contracting business including value Engineering, coordination, design, management and execution of mechanical services contracts.

He is a member of some professional bodies including American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air- Conditioning Engineers

She is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the company’s overall HRM strategy.

She has almost 12 years’ experience in her line of work. Prior to her appointment as the Head of HR & Administration, she has worked as an Administrative Manager as well as acting Head of Human Resources and Administration.

Mrs Tolu Charles Ekundayo is an Alumnus of Edge Hill University, Lancashire, U.K and The Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. She is a member of HRM professional bodies and also certified in Advanced Conflict Management.

Zeid Kobeissi

With over 15 years experience, he began his career as an electrical building services engineer in the construction industry and has worked on various aspects of contracting business including coordination, design, management and, execution of electrical services contracts.

He is a member of United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate.

Mr. Kobessi is an Alumnus of the Oklahoma State University (OSU) in the USA and American University of Beirut (AUB).

Ghana

 

John is responsible for all the day to day running of the company’s business in Ghana.

He has over 25 years’ experience within the Refrigeration/HVAC and Renewable Energy Sectors. He began his Career as a Refrigeration Technician, and during his career, he worked as a Wind Turbine Technician, marine Operations supervisor, Refrigeration Engineering Manager, HVAC Contracts Manager and General Manager.

His experience in various countries such as Ireland, United Kingdom, Norway, France, Morocco Denmark, Saudi Arabia and Nigeria supports his tenacity.

John is a member of many professional bodies including the city and guilds London and he has attended various courses throughout his career.
